Why consider it a ruined wipe since it only started? You can relocate and find a similar lovely place to settle down your base.

I have the same problem as well. Restarted Steam, but that didn't work either. I haven't made any changes to my firewall, nor my internet connection.

Usually, first thing I do is check the map and see where I am. Based on that, I try to move closer to an area which has a decent amount of stone, metal, sulfur nodes and a supermarket/gas station/ or small monument, which could bring some extra resources. On my way to said location I start gathering some wood and stone. When I get there, I try to find a patch of flat surface and proceed to build the ground floor + 1st floor. If possible, I'll upgrade the ground floor to at least wood. Overall, this happens roughly in 2 hours.

Does the command work on all servers? Tried it on Pure PvE and it didn't do anything.

I think they explained a month ago or so that they lowered the prices for some items, but increased the MOQ because the transaction taxes are not feasible for such small amount of money. So, why not buy two Hobo Barrels and keep yourself even warmer during the cold nights.

The miners hat doesn't take away that much armor. Also, you don't need mostly that, just a well thought strategy and maybe a friend to help you out.

To be honest, the "headlamp" doesn't take that much from the armor and since there are mostly PvE servers, you have to worry just for the wild animals. Currently, I have a flashlight on my weapon and the miners and I alternate between them.
