I logged on to JP Survival, expecting the worst, but was relieved to wake up in my own base. After awhile I saw I was carrying an MP5, which I ditched a day or two ago and began carrying an AK and HMLMG. Upon further inspection, It seems as my progression was scaled back a day or more on that server. I had more L96's in my possession and several AKs. Now I have only two L96s and zero AKs, and no HMLMGs.

What is going on on the JP servers?!?!?!?! This is a lot of work tossed in the shitter.

I logged on to JP Scourge just now and it said I was killed by the Brad. Not possible. I logged off in my base, as I always do. Only way that's possible is if I was teleported there by an admin. Also, by base was gone. It had 5 1/2 days upkeep in it, so this is impossible, too. I suppose an admin could have deleted my base, but not sure why that would occur. All the items I had researched are still there, so it wasn't like a server wipe.

I was hoping that someone could investigate this and see how and why this happened. I also lost around 10,000 lowgrade which took me three days to accumulate. Really a mess. Again, I hope that someone can investigate why this occurred. I would certainly like an explanation.

After careful observation, and with a little dialogue with an admin, I believe I know why the Chinook isn't dropping crates on both Survival and Scourge. I believe it has to do with having four oil rigs on our maps. By travelling to two of them (around 80% of the time) the Chinook's natural timing is off slightly, and it "forgets" to drop the crate. As I said in the OP, it will often leave the map by flying over the airfield, and not drop one. The fact that it's happening on two different maps (Scourge/Survival) leads me to think it will be a common problem on future maps. This is a vast amount of great loot the servers are missing out on, and I hope Death or a dev can get this message.

I noticed we get 10 dollars for every scientist, but that's the only time my $$$ went up besides selling stuff on Black Market. (same server)

I'm not sure if anybody is taking my bug report seriously, so I recorded this video of me flying around the map for 13 minutes and not seeing a single animal. No wolves, no boars, no deer.

I've now spent around 50 minutes total just flying around looking for any animals. Like I said, I killed one deer at airfield.

 Anyone that watches this video will see this server is bugged and not just a normal everyday experience on Scourge. I hope someone will investigate this. Thanks.

There are no pigs or wolves spawning either.

I spent around 20 minutes flying around the map again, looking to kill anything. I found one deer at airfield, and that was the only animal I saw. Zero polar bears or brown bears, hogs or wolves.

Thank you Mario. I was having a brain fart. I see you get 10 quarries back when you remove it. Your advice cleared everything up for me.

Should I attempt to lay my low-level 10 quarry on a new hole? Can that change the levels? Any advice would be appreciated. I won't run it at 1/2 the rate of the other one, so it's worthless, as is.

Process rate was slowed down a few wipes ago so that's why your seeing less, its still 1:1 but now takes longer to process it."

I think the PJ give out 4,300 crude per day instead of 8,600.

One player on AU Survival complained that he had just blown 3,000 scrap on leaning BPs including the AK, and all of them reverted.

Happening again on AU Survival as well.  I understand the devs are working on the new vanilla refineries and such.
