Lost 10k each in stone and sulphur quarries.  Why did I pay for 5 pumpjacks?

I was offline for 24ish hours, when I logged in this morning my Pumpjack only had 17k crude with the corresponding lgf expended.  

Question: can I get store credit for next wipe?  This level of loss of productivity is getting ridiculous.

Can verify that I lost 35k lgf

Just logged in and can verify.  My skill was 58 and 25% but now is 57 and 35%

No, I head literally just pulled the materials out if the pumpjack and quarry, and started smelting.  When I logged back into the server after the crash, the hopper was empty of the materials, and the furnaces had the results from the previous batch.  

Timer circuitry is not functioning at all

Production is listed at 20 for 2/10 pumpjack

Still does not appear that I received them.  Do you have a log that you can verify?
