With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized. While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate in our community-focused servers.

The word you chose to use is not welcome - in any context.

The "No Racism or player disrespect" rule is purposefully positioned in every server's description so that it has maximum visibility - even during the lengthy loading screen.

In addition to this -  Facepunch's Terms of Service  aligns with our stance.

We want to emphasize that the decision to issue player bans is not taken lightly. Such actions are only carried out when warranted, following careful examination of logs, conversations with players, and thorough investigation.

At this juncture, your ban will not be lifted, as I find it premature to lift it due to the significant disruption your actions have inflicted upon the server.

Your involvement in various base raids, coupled with prior discussions and warnings that you disregarded, including an instance of player disrespect, have led us to this decision.

Hello Brictoria,  

Thank you for your considered response to our recent communication.

I am aware that an admin came, at your request, to review the bridge that covered the mouth of the river. They were not aware, and  wasn't expecting, your plan to build the additional section out into the ocean.  

The admin that sent a "warning" was only asking for you to reduce your build and offering options of transport to get to your base out on the sand bar. Reducing your build is still an option for you however, keep in mind that building multiple grid long builds starts to take away land/water options for others to build on, so maybe some consideration next month to downsize. I know this is something you have mentioned and considered in the past.    

As for the consistency of staff, there's always internal communication however it's not always 100% perfect. That being said, I will have a discussion with my team and bring it up at the monthly meeting.

RustEZ strive to make the wipe as exciting and pleasant for every player. We understand there are multiple play styles including builders, monument runners and other options. We do however, need to consider some guidelines in play and this contradicts the "No building around monuments, or large areas of unused land." .

We don't come to the decision of banning players easily and only do it when needed. Postanou tried many times to explain the rules to you.
However we would like to extend a second chance for you to play on the server/s.  

Please remember all the rules on the servers as below. Translate them if needed.  

No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind.

No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, racism, or harassment.

No camping loot rooms, monuments, or any highly concentrated areas.

No building around monuments, or large areas of unused land.

You may build on rivers as long as you're not blocking passage for other players.

You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.

No controversial or politically-forward verbiage and/or imagery.

Be a decent human being.

That said, I would like to be clear that any further interactions similar to those that caused your ban, will result in an immediate reimplementation of the ban.

After an earlier warning about not going into bases and stealing this player pushed a boat against a window to gain access to another base and started stealing items from all the storage chests. When I appeared they threw everything on the ground and logged out.   After numerous amounts of PSAs and previous warnings, I don't see a change in behaviour so a ban was implemented to prevent any more thefts.
