    These are the Rules as published:

    You emptied planters as you exited a base that you were not authorised on, and then took a boat belonging to another player.

    You also tried to open boxes and doors that you did not own.

    You must not take or use, unless invited, any item, deployable  or not that you do not own or are owned by a team member who has authorised you.

    Your account   was banned for griefing and toxicity after quite a few incidents. This kind of behavior is not tolerated on any of the RustEZ server group.

    That being said, you will get a second chance. Just one.

    Take a few minutes before rejoining, and refresh yourself on the rules to avoid any chance of breaking them. If you are unclear on any of them, or aren't sure what is permitted, reach out to the staff and we'll be happy to clarify them for you.

    ● No raiding, griefing or looting of any kind.
    ● No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, politics, racism or harassment.
    ● No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas.
    ● You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.
    ● No blocking water ways, building around monuments or large areas of unused land.

    As stated in the previous appeal, you have to abide by the rules to continue playing on the server. After a long examination of the available data of your interaction with the server and its players, we have determined that you have continued to take items you are not authorized to take and take actions that you know to be against the rules.

    The ban will not be lifted.

    I wish you luck in finding a server better suited to your play style.

    Took another players horse and rode it away then looted the saddlebags and teleported home. When asked why they disconnected. Attempted to warn in text, no response.

    ● No camping loot rooms, monuments or any highly concentrated areas.

    Banned for Raiding other players bases.  

    These are the server rules:

    No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind.
    No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, racism, or harassment.
    No camping loot rooms, monuments, or any highly concentrated areas.
    No building around monuments, or large areas of unused land.
    You may build on rivers as long as you're not blocking passage for other players.
    You may build in caves but you must ensure safe passage for other players.
    No current real-world controversial topics or politics chat and/or imagery
    Be a decent human being.

    Reason: Theft

    Update:  
    Player was temp banned in April for numerous thefts. Has returned and continued. Actions reported include:

    • taking all heli crates when only doing 1200 damage
    • stealing players motorbike
    • forcing players to crash mini into walled off compound and then looting their bodies
    • offering lift in mini and then taking player to compound to purposefully crash and loot them
    • breaking into bases and using molotovs and incend ammo to burn boxes and TC (witnessed by admin)

    Due to nature of play a permanent ban has been issued

    Update:

    Player was temp banned in April for numerous thefts. Has returned and continued. Aided  76561199124922718 to enter base, who began flame destruction.

    Due to nature of play a permanent ban has been issued

    The account  TazerFace /  OmegaSapphire420 is not currently banned by RustEz. Please check your steam account.

    You may have a temporary ban caused by the EAC anticheat system lagging or timing out. It will clear itself after a short period. You may need to reboot your internet modem/router and your PC.

    After careful review we can see this was a clear incident of an error when typing.  With that in mind we will revoke this ban. Please understand, you must use care when posting anywhere in RustEZ to prevent this from happening in the future.

    With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in  all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized.  While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.

    Words such as what you used, are not welcome in any context.
