Ok.. I've had the error appear in two places.. upon logging in which results in the large block of red text and when entering bandit via the /home menu which resulted in 2 lines of red error text.  I've added in screenshots of both instances as well as the log file entries.

Replicated both when i noticed the error when i first ported to bandit.

Had the same bug occur on (AU) Scourge .. /home from bandit to my base.. and carried the safe zone buff with me.. included a screenshot of me in my base.. with the buff active..
