Follow the clue to get inside, it looks locked but entry is possible.
Make a cautious exit if you don't have a friend outside, i was limited by where i could build on that spot.

Summon a Tiff even if no admin is online, if you finish then you've finished. No need to wait, i keep checking to see if someone has finished while i'm not ingame. Make sure you deliver that note before calling it finished.

Firecrackers string wasn't added in game as a craftable item for LNY this year (how rude!)
If you have collected everything but the string and have had no luck with finding it on /shop let me know as it's no longer on the list in game.
firecracker string is no longer required to finish the scourger hunt.
