Hey DarkHeart, I see you haven't had a response yet so I'll post what happened for me last wipe, and what fixed it.
On my 3 floor farm (16 large planters a level) about ten would stop getting water every hour or so. Installed pumps at the very top as switches, and connected them to a switch by the front door. Every time I walked in I flipped it on and off (which toggled ALL the sprinklers on and off) and it started to work. Hopefully that helps!

I can confirm the behavior on US Pure.

Sulfur Quarry: Left 2400 or so LGF in it last night, nothing in it this morning. Added 30 LGF, watched it produce 60 sulfur as expected. Left another 3k in it, will update soon.

Stone Quarry: Left apprx. 1800 LGF overnight, production right now as I look at it (YES, it is still there), 47098 stone and 5016 metal ore, roughly what is expected from my numbers from last wipe's production.

HQM Quarry: Even with 3 pumpjacks, i ain't wasting fuel here. But I will be putting in 400 after I finish typing this, just to test.
Edit: Just checked, As I'm impatient at the best of times. 73LGF remained, I extracted 327 Ore

Will update if anything unexpected happens. Other than missing sulfer overnight, I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary from what I would expect.

UPDATE: Right now, I just checked sulfur quarry. Nothing in output~900 fuel consumed. Did not log off server between checks, will leave 1k LGF inside for tomorrow
