After reviewing your profile, it has been noted that you had raided another player's base by destroying their TC and replacing it with your own. You raided everything you wanted from their base and left it to rot away. On a second occasion you were caught actively attempting to destroy another player's base by heli-raiding it. During this event, you refused an admin's request that you stop what you were doing and move away from the base that you did not own. You were observed picking up a gray satchel from the destroyed base's TC while the heli was still actively trying to kill you. When the heli was killed, you placed your own TC, then logged off and changed your name in an effort to avoid having a conversation with the admin.
Your actions were egregious, inexcusable, and showed a pattern of behavior that is unacceptable to other players on this server. Players do not enjoy being raided when they are offline on a PVE server. (They also do not enjoy being raided when they are online either.)
This ban will not be lifted. I wish you luck on finding a server that better suits your needs and playstyle. -

More Info (Optional): player creatively manipulated foundation placement to take over another team's pumpjack, refineries, and small base. Player also moved the team's refineries and added an airlock to the team's base. Player also attempted to conceal the theft by removing his own TC from the foundations he had placed to gain access.Loot logs show what happened.

With the current cancel culture in the world, racism in all aspects of society is being closely scrutinized. While we do understand that it still heavily permeates music, comedy, movies, and other media, it is something we do not feel is appropriate to have in our servers.

fine, i will drop it to a 1-day ban... you can return in 24 hours. But never ever ever do that again. It lags the server. And my changing it from 3 days to 1 day is only because you are kind of new to the server. Fairly certain you have been online when other players have done the same thing and managed to get away with it because no admin was on to stop it.

More Info (Optional): despite players requesting they stop, the player only began picking up the fireworks once they had all run out... not before. 3-days is long enough for the player to reflect on their behavior. Also, i gave them a 3 minutes to load their Tool Cupboard so their base would be safe before i enacted the 3-day ban.

Players are discouraged from "saving" decaying bases as it looks the same as TC-hijacking a base.
It is my opinion that you did raid the other player's base. When you placed your Tool Cupboard, you could very easily have opened up the farm portion to save the rest of that player's items.
Also, you did take the other player's tier 2 and tier 3 workbenches from that same farm area that you claim you were unable to enter.
As for the disposition of that player's items, things were left where they were. That is part of letting things go their natural path.
I reject your request for an appeal. In addition, another admin has reviewed this appeal. That admin is in agreement with me.
The ban remains in effect.

You have played on US Scourge for over 1300 hours, giving you plenty of time to be familiar with the server's rules. The gray satchels have always been fair game for whoever picks them up. Natural decay is a part of the game. However, placing your own TC, spending over an hour tearing down and rebuilding portions of the base is inexcusable. You went so far as to rearrange some of the deployables and the base itself to your liking. You also removed the victim's furnaces and refineries and placed them in boxes within the base.
No stealing. No raiding.
This appeal is denied. Ban remains in effect.
Hopefully, you will find a server that suits your playstyle in the future.

The simple fact that you did not move the victim's clones and berries to your base (even though you had available empty boxes) indicates to me that you took only what you desired. You left the rest of his property to decay by emptying the contents of the TC you placed so that you could gain access to the victim's boxes. You stole what you wanted and abandoned the rest.
This appeal is denied. Ban remains in effect. Server rules include no stealing, no raiding.Hopefully, you will find a server that suits your playstyle in the future.

After going through some other logs, i have found that you were provoked. However, in the future, please do not place so many entities in close proximity to popular destinations like Bandit Camp, Outpost, the quarries, or giant excavator. The density of entities caused another player to lose their minicopter. There were many complaints about the lag coming from your base.
Your ban is lifted.

Over the course of 99 days in 2021, you managed to accrue 5 warnings for various violations: camping monuments, griefing fellow players, toxic comments to other players, inappropriate signage easily viewable from an open window of your base, accessing another player's carlift and stealing their car. This behavior culminated one episode in which you admitted camping a monument, while being toxic to other players, and opted to ignore the admin who was trying to chat with you about it... and continued to ignore the admin when you were sent a console warning in an effort to get your attention.
This ban will not be lifted.
