I don't know when this was asked or to who. I know you asked about a blocked river note on your account a few days ago. I only answered about that particular note though. See the pics below:

"I TC'd off an entire area of space in/around N2, and apparently left 1 area of space out.  This player found the exact space where I left it open, and built a location. I was able to walk up to the front of their doorstep under building privilege. I left a note asking him to move, as I was worried about being attacked by heli [something that has happened before in the past]. The response of the player was to leave a 'mooned' peppapig' in my direction and then logged off."

We are all allowed 1 ring of TC protection around our builds. You did have adequate coverage from what i can see in the below picture. Your PJ and Quarry were safe along with your other builds. In the pic below everything green is yours and does look protected very well. Every other color is another player. Rivers have always been hot spots. They are great for easy Farms. From the looks of the Sprinklers inside the stone building you built around (black circle). It looks like that is what they are trying to do. I did not see you reach out about the note/picture and i have not heard from any other admins about this. I do see said picture in their building, but to access it you would of had to build up and into their base to see it. As there is a locked door on the first floor.

Sorry about the slow responses on this issue. Personally i was in Japan for 2 weeks for Christmas Vacation. We did have 5 more admins in place while i was out. It was the Holiday's though so i know many spend time with their families. I will speak to my team about this one. I had not heard about it or the resolution but i will find out. Always feel free to ping Help every few hours if you have not had an issue resolved. We are all on different time zones and Help fills up quickly. I know we all want quick responses. We are volunteers though and help when we can.

"I'm aware that Thaddy is the highest level admin, so I'd prefer that this be a 30 day ban if possible, rather than a full/permanent. I'll accept the judgement either way."

I'm only Head admin for US Survival. Leadership is above me. You are always welcome to ask for them to respond if you do not like my response. I take no offense.

A player reached out for Admin assistance. Upon logging in we found their build surrounded by Twig. Upon further investigation we found that it was Tweets who surrounded their build with this twig tower.

Tweets has been around for a long time and should know better. I have been in talks with Tweets about a River situation the last few days. He knows that we do respond and knows how to reach us. Why he took this particular action upon himself for this situation i do not know. The pictures below will show the Griefing around the stone building. Everything made in Twig was put there by Tweets.

 

This is the third strike for Tweets and why a Ban has been placed. Rule #1 is "No raiding, griefing, or looting of any kind". I know Tweets knows this rule very well. He has played across the Rustez servers for many years. I do not like issuing these especially for someone that has been in the community for so long.

 

 

Techno, I'm sorry but you are responsible for your own account. The ban will stay in place.

Weebishgamer09, you just admitted to causing the racism ban. Your ban is placed again.

I have investigated this and you did remove the note from the other player that got banned. I have destroyed the note in question so it does not happen again. I will remove your ban here shortly. More Info (Optional): Viper has been warned in the past for harassment (12/21) and for destroying another players base (12/22).

Sent the following warning to player on 7/31/23 for his most recent batch of harassment that happened over the weekend. "Sending you a warning today after receiving multiple reports of harassment on 7/29 about getting players banned if they don't do what you want them to. Threatening other players is not taken lightly. You are on your final warning. Please follow /rules. If you have any questions regarding these rules reach out to an admin to explain further."

Player decided to not follow these rules and to start a witch hunt and accuse and attack others trying to obtain more info. No additional info has been provided to Viper. The continued attacks after the final warning was issued is what resulted in this ban.

Due to the nature of the harassment i will not be providing the details here in public. Someone from Leadership has seen enough to enforce this ban, but will still be provided to any other Leadership that wishes to see.

     I'm the Head Admin of US Survival. Where your ban originated from. Since you are blaming an admin for your ban i will take them out of the equation in your appeal and will handle the ban appeal directly.

I pulled up and read that nights log file and went through line by line. You were clearly trying to troll and harass another player.

I can see you were asked to stop multiple times by different players.

 

One even tried to bribe you with scrap to leave.

There was an F7 report about harassment filed on you after from another player at the situation.

This whole thing did not last 5 minutes like you claim and was a total of 20 minutes when you started to harass them. 9:16pm to 9:36pm PST.

 

Based on all of the above the ban will stay for harassment.

It did not matter that it was an Admin that you directed your Harassment towards. If it was a normal player the same rules would apply and it would of been handled the same way. Rule 2 on Rustez Servers is No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, racism, or harassment.. You accepted these rules when you joined the server. It's displayed on the info page before joining. It's on the Popup page when you first log on. It's easily obtained by typing /rules. Yet you chose to ignore these and the many telling you to stop.

I hope you find a server more in line with your play style.

More Info (Optional): Received 2 reports today around 6:30am on Discord about missing Quarries. Upon Investigation i saw that JOIXE had removed them from other players. I kept investigating and noticing more and more things. Here is a breakdown of what i found.

Raiding/Theft
2 mining quarries from player 1
3 mining quarries from player 2
1 building from player 2
3 sleeping bags from player 3, player 4 and player 5
1 building from player 5

Griefing
TC's and walls placed around player 6 base and then claiming that they were there first.
Started to place TC's around the base of player 7.

In this first pic Green is another player base and Blue are the TC's that JOIXE had placed before. All the walls and other TC's in the picture were placed after and player was walled in.

This 2nd Picture shows partial TC's surrounding another Players base. JOIXE did not have any other builds around here besides the empty 1x2 that can be seen in the picture.

"It's rust what do you expect" is not an excuse to get away with Hate Imagery on a server that does not allow it. You say you got bored on the server after 2 days of play time. Sounds like you really do need another community that meets your playstyle.

She did exactly that. This is why there was a delay in what you did and receiving the consequences of your actions.

The image used in the Fireworks that you spammed is not acceptable on our servers under any circumstances. You claim you did this to get a laugh out of your friend. Thinking that this is funny shows that you would not be a good fit in the Rustez Community.

You said you looked over /rules and did not see it. This would fall under Rule #2 "No mic or chat spam, player disrespect, racism or harassment."

I've spoken with the US Survival Admin team, you've played with many of us for quite awhile. You know we are fair and we hate banning people Pirate Hooker. We have the three strike rule in place and enforce it for the times when people do make mistakes. We hope they learn from these, grow, and not do them again. Unfortunately you continued to take revenge and judgement into your own hands instead of reaching out to our team to resolve the issues. You know i respond very quickly every time you have reached out to me.

This ban is still very recent and will remain in place.

 

 

Exploits are not taken lightly on these servers. The ban will be upheld. A member of Leadership has already responded to your previous ban appeal on 1/2/2023.

 

Staff does not consider appeals made on behalf of another player. The banned player needs to post an appeal if they wish to have it reviewed. In this instance the Player "Sergiu" has already appealed this month (01/02/2023)  and was denied by a member of Leadership.
