  1. New year, new wipe, new beginning's? I know my first violation was warranted but second one was sincerely a misunderstanding of the definition "abandoned". Since it's a new wipe could I get an opportunity to show you a perm ban was a mistake? I like what your server has to offer and it's honestly the only reason I play Rust. I'm not expecting special privilege's just a basic human understanding of an honest mistake.

  2. I found the perfect server which was this one as you can tell from the amount of hour's spent there. I understand your point and have no choice but to except the verdict but I assure you the Heli incident was taken care of first day back (I returned 2,500 scrap and 500 oil to replace Heli) which was my full intension in the first place because my neighbors and I are cool. As for this incident it was clearly a misunderstanding of the definition "abandoned" and you choose to define my personality and intensions because of it. Maybe at some point you'll give me the opportunity to show you these were all misunderstandings.

  3. I understand what it looks like out of context but clearly the base was abandoned  if I was able to take ownership. If someone claims it to be theirs I'll gladly vacate. The staff on here clearly makes quick decisions with no facts. Not sure if it's because I don't have a mic but I sincerely don't understand  how they choose not to hear me out before banning.

  4. I was misjudged. The base was abandoned, how else could I have taken ownership?  These are false accusations based on assumptions. I'll return it back to it's previous state but you shouldn't perm ban someone who made a simple mistake. Same as my previous ban your staff makes quick and rash judgments with no facts.
