I was banned off discord for what I can assume was because I mistook someone's Prussian Iron cross profile pic as a hate symbol. May I get more context?

I said I used the word bitch, not that I called them one. I yielded all of the loot to them man, how could I have been being that disrespectful?  I'm sorry, this seem really excessive. Can I not appeal it to a one month or like six month ban? (You are putting me in the same category as racists and homophobes)  It just seems like you are getting used by others who want to get rid of garrison competition at this point

So is there a clip? like do you have any evidence at all? I'm assuming you are going to make your formal report with all the evidence. Because right now it just seems like you are taking a single preceptive as true. 

I believe I corrected my behavior after EVERY encounter I've had with you. I started sharing garrison loot after you talked with me. I stopped doing garrison for almost two weeks then limited myself everyday after since the second talk.  The twig base thing I explained to you then. it was first week and everyone had twig, I literally focused all of my frags into making a heli tower immediately after that incident(also that guys twig base was not there like 30 minutes before I set up in that spot). I was also REALLY like the clip to be posted. Did I say "little bitch ass" or "f*cking little bitch" I feel that would be important exactly what I said, unless bitch is indeed against the rules to say.  I placed a tc down to break the floor the to get the top 3 crates, it was literally far enough to the side that it was not blocking (i placed it in front of my and squeeze around it myself as well as completely removing it before I tp'd). In the end the other person got to keep twice as much loot as they should have then reported me for harassment?

I was banned permanently? I did not hear/get a chance to talk to anyone before it happened. If it was what I think it was for (saying the word 'bitch') then I LITEARLLY had zero clue that was bad enough to be considered breaking rules.  I'm sure there has to be a video clip of it for it to be enacted so fast.  I would like it may posted as proof that I used it a none malicious context and instead a personally defeated context. I even yielded to the other person in the end. I would hope to be able to get an appeal and be able to apologize as I was truly was ignorant that I was going too far  in terms of rules.  I am fully aware I was on my last strike and that the admins were looking for me to slip up and I still did not think that was enough.  I would like to tell the person that felt harassed by it that I am very sorry.

the changes changed nothing at all. sorry to take away your schadenfreude.  But Seekrem and his team got all the garrison on day one like usual. then by night time it was ez to find all the garrison spawns and set up tp point to them.

Yea.........notice how when I had a complaint about the Garrisons I was not at all in favor for or suggested to nerf or make the garrison useless in anyway. When you two complain, it just comes off as "Well, I can't do it. So I'm in favor of no one doing it then!". like yikes dudes

At this point it's a free 5k HQM and Garrison Lights for people who are more advanced into the tech trees than the starting players.  If you're already at that point of the game why do you need to get 10k scrap for like 1000 scrap worth of C4? Also humors me that the people who keep complaining about the changes to Garrisons and that it giving more people a chance to do one, are all people I've visually seen spawn at a sleeping bag in front of me within spitting distance of a garrison as I'm running to the garrison and they just pop up at their Sleeping Bag c4 in hand beelining ignoring any conversation or attempt for other people there to join them. hoping they can clear it and TC themselves in and TP away with the loot before anybody else gets there and sees their name not even realizing I'm literally right behind them until I say something to them. Hell, I even had someone show up to one as I ran out of C4 and was waiting for someone to trade me the last 2 I needed to finish the wall to the TC and they ran up blew the wall & TC, dropped their TC blocking me out and took all the loot and TP'd without saying a word to me. The issue isn't with the Garrisons, it's with the people who seem to need to camp them like it's a weekly reset for raid gear in an MMO to grind their useless networth higher than someone to say "I'm more rich than you because I grind harder." We've seen it time and time again and pickles are even an example. Something is put in place, people find a way to abuse it, it gets changed and everyone is like OMG HOW WILL I FUNCTION THIS IS SO UNFAIR MY SCRAP IS IN JEOPARDY! Also to stating this is unfair to solo players and gives groups an edge, maybe if the prior time invested was spent trying to do it with the endless number of people who approached asking to join but they instead get ignored because the min-max is more important than the community experience, You'd probably have a group of people to do Garrisons with on the norm, giving you increased chances of finding one and getting one, but alas everyone only cares about how much scrap they make and how much they're worth and don't want to share anything with anybody.

Something everyone in the server was able to do? Now its just goes the team with the most scouts in the air at the top of the hour.

Now solo players barely have a shot at garrisons.  Teams with the most minicopters who can find and tp to the garrisons now have a huge advantage, like being teamed wasn't an advantage enough. 

@Boom shakalaka is taking all of garrison loot and completely ignoring other players who contributed to raiding it.

So my base was destroyed under the impression that I did so to harass Ashkendor?  Even though the section that was destroyed was made to shield my neighbor from the very thing they were complaining about my base?

It feels like admin harassment when the admin could have just as easily upgraded the destroyed parts, but chose destruction on the player they are targeting

So if there is something I dont like about my neighbors I can get an admin to destroy it? Even if it violates none of the rules? As long as I make it very clear and establish I do not like it in world chat before hand?

Amsullivan has also destroyed a whole section of my base. How is this not admin harassment?

Appeal

The first issue with Northstarz was completely innocent and I corrected super fast, leading to me being very friendly with Northstarz. I feel that bringing up this incident is an attempt to smear my reputation as much as possible. I believe amsullivan and Ashkendor have such a close relationship that I am being targeted and harassed by amsullivan on behalf of Ashkendor and would like to report admin abuse against amsullivan. NONE on my spot lights were powered on by me. I turn off every single powered thing in my base before I log off and if the lights were on it was due to server restart glitch or etc. half of the spotlights were pointed directly at my own windmill towers for heli visual.  Crymore is the name of my base which I had to change due to ingame voice complaints from Ashkendor. I changed the named and hid the view of the sign from her as well to not annoy her with any lights.  After being spoken to about bradley and told to share the loot as they were the server rules I agreed and dropped more than half of the loot on the ground because both the other player left and I was leaving as well.  Not due to the defaming speculation that I was trying to despawn the loot. In fact I messaged in chat multiple times exactly where the loot was. Multiple times for the explicit reason of making sure they saw it and got there before despawn. The conversation of "90% damage" was a hypothetical situation I brought up an example , which is why I never said I did 90%. The whole TC thing was a mistake where I assumed the like dozens of other TC around Ashkendors base were also hers, which they were not. So I made a passive joke about 200 TC. After amsullivan said Ashkendor only had 6 TC in chat, I never complained again but I was on amsullivan radar from then on.
