Player reported he had stone and wood in TC, set the TC to auto upgrade and no part of their structure would upgrade.
I tested by giving myself wood, built a 1x1 with 4 walls and a ceiling. Place wood in a TC, and set it to auto upgrade. None of the twig was upgraded to wood.
