Backpack lost due to server restart

Apologies for the delay, the issue was with an update I released last night that removes decay from physical containers to reduce hook calls (performance.) 

The hook used to clean up the decay component was not firing on server startup which cased the physical entity that makes up the backpack to decay.

I've released an update that addresses this and will work on restoring data once I deem the current version stable.
