I put high amount of scrap(10k) on 3 in all four seats in bandit(40k total). the wheel spun and hit 3 but ate the scrap and didn't give me the wins. I know that sometime the wheel hits between the numbers and it will be the other number, but this time the indicator was on the 3 not between two numbers.
