What I saw were what seemed to be randomly decayed areas. It seems someone likely used a heli to cause internal splash damage to cause issues(Such as destroying the TC that was, at the time, not in an interior area.), but with it being HQM and with the amount of damage I saw, I am not sure what the root cause is. Player has rebuilt the missing sections, base was re-upgraded to it's original state, and all splash damaged items were repaired. Will be checking in with the player often for anything unusual happening again.

This happened on US Scourge.
