Fuel and Stone Container will Not Open ... Can Not Load Fuel, Can Not Unload Stone Container... Thought This was resolved... There's no reason why I should Pick up and search out another well and re-set quarry. Finished!

I believe this was due to the server exceeding the max integer of network IDs which is causing entities to transform or save improperly.

However between your original post and this one there has been a soft restart and should be working again. If this is not the case please let us know.
