consistent player's furnaces and refineries turned off, switched to Shared

A consistent player who has been actively online every day of this wipe was in viewing range of their furnaces and refineries when all shut off simultaneously at some time between 11pm (1st of April 2022) and 2am (2nd of April 2022).  The player turned the furnaces and refineries back on.  However, when the player checked the furnaces and refineries upon logging back in around 10:30am (2nd of April 2022), all of his refineries and furnaces were set to Shared and player had been robbed of the contents of the furnaces, but not the refineries.
