Convery's spilting stacks - blocking Explo crafting... inpacting Networth - both Elysium & Scourge

on multiple servers I have this set up:
Once Conveyor feedign upto 4x Industrail Crafters.

Issue: Conveyor is spiltting stacks, and in the case of Explo crafting this means that one of the item is missing and as so Explo is not crafter even though there is the reasoucrse in the source box.

eg:

But I have seen every item be spilt like this, Gp, MFs, LGF... not sure I've seen sulfer spilt not it is the least avalablite item.

The same issue is seen on the box that is returning from the furnaces/refinerires but the impact is small here.

Happy to help with any dianoses, as title says I'm seeing this on both Elysium & Scourge.
