Quarries can still be removed with TC access, Pumpjacks are fine.
Admin issue: cannot access airdrops w/o TC access
Refineries can still be stolen with TC access.
Mailboxes don't work. Access is broken completely. ( Also cannot load items in or remove items.)

Dropboxes, cannot be accessed from the back, however, items appear to be going into them.
Building privs are totally screwed up.
