Bought Outpost - Sheet Metal - NO double welfare ..

Hello GrandDad Dalle, Unfortunately that's not how the double welfare works.

Double Welfare
Increases welfare from 100 credits every 30 minutes to 200 credits. This can stack, adding another 100 credits each time.
