So this may have been reported already but I'm not sure but you can pick up anyone's helicopters with a salvage hammer. It doesn't matter if you have building privilege or not you can still pick it up. The first time I did this I thought it was because I had privilege but I tried last night at a base where I did not have privilege and it still worked. I don't know if its a huge deal but I thought I'd report it anyway.
