  • I purchased 5 pumpjacks and i tried upgrading it and the pumpjack stayed at 5

    I tried to upgrade the level 5 pumpjack and then it was not upgraded so we called an admin and they said pick it up and place the pumpjack back down. The pumpjack was still not level 10 once we placed it down, the order form is Order #77628, Order #77088, Order #76705.
