Industrial Crafters got a 15 sec. idle / delay time

My workbench crafters were doing normal crafting speed - until yesterday/ today.
Somewhere Sunday / Monday - they suddenly got a 15 sec. idle .. so
Crafting explosives - 5 sec as normal - and then 15 sec delay ...
PLEASE FIX
