sometimes in (EU)scourge . sometimes it wil sway like its windy . ?? and somtimes it looks like the light is fighting another one in a cat fight . might be bugged . might be local. but it looks super weird. cant take a picture of it bc it only looks like a hazy picture of "somthing on the move" . Annyone else seen this ?
