Us Scourge has started seeing an uptick of heli(mini/scrap) flares not producing anything.
It has been mentioned this seems to happen around monuments, but that was just a casual observation from a player or two. Not sure of the validity.
One other player insisted this seems to happen more often by ziplines.
There have been other similar reports from players on EU and AU survival also on same issue.
