This is the exact issue I have now, went to move it upgrade is not working. This is on scourage us, people say its fixed, however if they pick theres up I bet it is not. I uploaded image of the error, if it is any use

PJs on Elysium aren't upgrading. The option is there but it does nothing.

And there's still red text showing up when you salvage hammer it.
