Planter box water zero level. I have lvl 5 sprinkler but my planter boxes water level is not going up.

Have you made sure you have enough power going to the pump ie 5 for each pump .. also if it was working and now is not turn the power off and back on  to the pumps 

There are a couple of possibilities I know of. Sometimes the water system can hick-up and not work, to solve it you need to disconnect one hose and reconnect it, that will reset your system and it works (same with industry.)  Or if you pumping salt water you'll need a water purifier as planters only take fresh water.
