Player on US Scourge reported that they were unable to access composters placed by a teammate despite both being authorized on the tool cupboard. The bugged composters only had a stack of fertilizer in them.

Played was only able to access "shared" composters.

Was showing him as authorized on building cupboards with 'ent auth'' but for whatever reason, he did not have building privilege.

Re-authing fixed the issue.
