Players can access backpacks of other players when they die, when not in a team

Players can access (open & loot) backpacks of other players when they die, when not in a team. Was reported by player and admin tested.

Additional Info

- Player is NOT online when non-team member is able to open and loot the backpack (i.e the player dies in game after they have logged out or crashes).
- Looter can open and remove items from the backpack. Looter can put items back into the backpack.
- Only happens when player dies. Does not work on sleepers.
