Seem like after the US SURVIVAL server roll back in the early morning play time rewards have been having issues.
Playtime rewards reset and there have been reports in chat that playtime rewards are not showing correct hours. And some not advancing at all
Mine at 930pm showed 11.3 hours when it was only 30 mins after weekly reset.
Not sure if time is advancing after that. Will see what happens on the hour and report back
