Pumpjack IRL Purchaser Still Has Control Of PJ Once Sold

I believe that the original purchaser of the pumpjack via the rustez store may have access to start/stop the pumpjack once sold to another party and placed by another party.   Earlier today my Pumpjacks were turned off twice.   It wasn't a visual glitch via teleporting and it not showing, i had to climb the ladder and start engine on both.   When asked if the admin currently in chat turned off my pumpjacks they advised they had not turned on/off any pumpjacks.   However after the admin responded the original owner of the pumpjacks asked in chat if I live where I currently live on the map.   Because of this I believe the original store purchased owner of the pumpjacks still has access to turning on/off the pumpjacks, otherwise why would they also know to ask if I live where the pumpjacks were located?
