    i buy 1 pumpjack on day 1 of the wipe and this morning around 7am i buy 3 other pumpjacks to upgrade mine to lvl 4 . did got the pumpjacks and did upgraded it , was lvl 4 and working fine . around 8am i logged off and go to the gym . i came back around 11am log in and notice that my pumpjack was lvl 1 again . called a admin for help and rose explained to me that theres no way to downgraded it and that no one could have done something to it . she said she could not really do nothing about it because admin pumpjack is not the same . so she tell me to open a tickets
