  • /rec bug AU Pure PVE

When I use the /rec command on AU Pure PVE, several things aren't working as usual. First, you need to hit the green "turn on" button. It does not turn into the red "turn off" button. It stays green. Secondly, the materials stay in your personal recycler and do not transfer into your inventory as usual. I could actually use the personal recycler as a mini backpack if I wanted. I placed several stones in the recycler and left it alone for several minutes. When I opened the recycler, the stones were all still there. The previous player that lost tech trash from this bug, probably had them in his personal recycler still.

The auto recycle wasn't a feature. It was a required component because the player was unable to interact with the button due to networking limitations.

Recent innovations allows me to network the player to the entity regardless its position in the world. Also, the physical recycler is spawned the entire session instead of being destroyed after use.

Using recycler as a backpack was an oversight I plan to rectify soon. Everything else is intentional.

Reporting back. The /rec command can still be manipulated to store stuff. If you start the recycler, then close out of it, the recycled mats will remain in it, and not transfer back to your inventory.
