Rust Mute vs server mods

It appears that the mods which allows beeping someone by putting an @ in front of their name in chat and the /trade system do not seem to consider whether the receiving player has muted the sending player using the right-click menu in chat.

This isn't currently possible as we're unable to see who a player has muted. I will be closing this for now but will re-open if a solution is made available.
