  • Skull Trophy Decay?

    Granny
    • Pending

There have been a few complaints of the skull trophies  breaking inexplicably.
I am currently testing if it's a decay issue or not.
    (EDIT)
I saw no issues. Will set a new one up and leave over night on US Pure.

Yep, just to verify one of my skull trophies which I had placed on a table broke within the hour of placing. Dicko was there too, we were inside my base so there were no zombies nearby or any reason for destruction.

The trophy I put out did in fact decay overnight.
Also discovered that occasionally, when placing/moving items nearby it can randomly poof as well. Similar to how signs used to blow up when a plant outside was harvested a while back. (Just saw others confirm this in discord as well.)

This seems to be a FP thing, but perhaps another cause can be located.

Yes indeed I was just hopping on here to update you on an observation I made (same as your), when you remove/destroy something with a hammer or salvaged hammer, if this is in close range to the skull trophy it will just give up on life. lolll
