Some items in inventory are unable to be equipped

The only work around is if the player re crafts the weapon/tool, meds or deployable. Only then it seems does it equip and function as it should. Any items prior is all bugged the and cannot equip or be used.

Having the same problem on US Scourge. 

Can't recraft any of our M249's and L96's
Can't recraft items from the store like coffins or test gens that we had not placed yet. 

So we are just dead in the water until wipe?
