Leaving Large Rig on scrap heli (standing in back, but as far forward towards pilot/co-pilot as possible). Loud bang - heli pitched and I was instantly under the water.
Checked with other players on heli -- no /rec open, but I did use the backpack and so did front passenger (unsure if that is related or not).
