Totally my fault this one - I accidentally pressed my <ent kill> hotkey on the fuel storage on the Sulfur quarry on AU Pure and it deleted that part.
Now if anyone tries to turn the quarry on they crash out of the game.
I've placed signs up at the quarry letting people know its broken so no one else has the issue.
