TC ate my Metal scraps

I went to combine my two stacks of metal frags and the frags just vanished from existence (See video). They weren't in the tool section of the TC either.

This has also happened a couple of days ago with wood, but it was about 2000 wood so I didn't mind it but since its happening again, I'm a bit hesitant on combining items on the TC
