TC Sorting with new tc features.

I noticed that TC when sorted, the items in the new tool's slots will also get sorted, this would normally be fine, but they get sorted into the TC resource inventory instead of being sorted in the inventory meant for them. Pretty much tools can be moved into tc storage when they shouldnt be.
