Test generator only outputs 100 per channel after server reboot

After restart test generator only outputs 100 per channel reconnecting main output fixes it. Problem is on half power parts of base close down including conveyors etc. Easy fix in game if user knows to do it - i only lose few hours here on EU Survival due to reboot time. Hope this helpful.
