Not sure if there is another post about this, but I have had this issue for last wipe and this one.
Sometimes when I log in and the vip screen is supposed to show up before my character wakes is iffy.
Sometimes it shows up, but more times than not it doesnt. When I type /vip the screen shows up and says I claimed it, but I just logged in, so not sure what is going on.
