Is VIP permanent?
VIP is a one-time payment and is valid on all RustEZ servers! Click here for VIP perks and other details.
Can I transfer store purchases between servers?
No -- but should you mistakenly login to the wrong server after purchase please send us a help ticket and we'll get it sorted.
Why didn't I receive my items I purchased?

Can I refund a store purchase?
Depending on the circumstances we do offer refunds. To see if you're eligible send us a help ticket or contact us.
Can I transfer VIP to a new account?
We do allow memberships to be transferred to alts accounts or other players. Keep in mind that once it is transferred it no longer is yours (unless you own the other account as well.) Send us a help ticket to request a transfer.
How do I gift a player an item on the store?
You can purchase gift cards that other players can redeem and use on our store. If you need assistance or have questions please contact us.
Do store purchases carry through wipes?
Store purchases are a one-time thing and lasts until they're gone if that's by death or other natural causes, including wipes. Memberships are permanent and do lasts forever. Purchases made a week prior to a wipe will carry over upon request. You will see a warning on the store page during the last week of wipe. Or see Store Purchases Wipe Day
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your billing agreements here or from the drop down menu. Store -> Personal Info -> Billing Agreements.
Where do I find the printable gift card after purchase?
Once purchased, a printable Gift Card is available in your order history.
- From the website select Store > Order & Purchases > Manage Purchases
- Find the gift card in your order history and select the red Manage button to the right
- The Gift Card will open in a new tab
- Click the Print Gift card button
This will open a printable version of the personalized gift card in your web browser. You can print, save as an image, screenshot, or copy and paste the redemption code to send to the recipient.
What is a RustEZ gift card used for?
A RustEZ gift card is a virtual gift card that is loaded with a predetermined amount of money at the time of purchase and can be printed, saved as an image or document, or sent to a recipient via email. The recipient can redeem the gift card to purchase in-game items or apply towards a membership from the RustEZ Store.
From website, locate Store in the navigation bar and select Gift Cards, or go directly to Gift Cards via this link: https://rustez.com/store/gift-cards/.
How do I redeem a gift card?
To redeem a gift card sent to you via email, click the "Redeem Now" button link in the email or navigate to the redemption page on the RustEZ website and enter the code provided to you by the purchaser and select Redeem Gift card.
Once redeemed, the amount will appear in your RustEZ account. You can view this at any time by selecting Store from the navigation bar, and then select Account Credit.
After redeeming the gift card, you may select Account Credit when prompted for a payment type on the Checkout page on a future purchase.
Do gift cards expire?
No, our store gift cards are good until used. They don't expire.
How do I get my purchased items on Steam?
Our store is only for the RustEZ servers and does not sell any Steam items, skins or trading cards. If you have made a purchase in error, please submit a help ticket.
Why can't I select Account Credit on checkout?
If the option to use Account Credit does not appear on your checkout page, ensure your store preference is set to the correct currency. In the top right section of the main store page https://rustez.com/store/ , select the "Show prices in" option that matches your Account Credit balance.
For example, if your Account Credit balance is AUD but "Show Prices in" is USD, you will not have an option to check out using your Account Credit.
