Item restoration is not guaranteed. Rust is a survival game, and items lost through normal gameplay, death, decay, wipes, or despawn are generally not restored.

Staff may review cases involving:

• Store delivery issues
• Server crashes or rollbacks
• Confirmed plugin bugs
• Bodies or bags trapped inside terrain
• Other unusual server-side issues

If you believe your loss was caused by a bug or server issue, submit a help ticket with the server, time, location, what happened, and what was lost. Screenshots or video help a lot.
