Staff may be able to help with misplaced or bugged structures/deployables, especially when something blocks access, prevents building, or cannot be removed normally. Staff may not remove items for convenience if they can be handled through normal gameplay.

Submit a help ticket with:

• Server and region
• Exact location or grid
• What needs to be removed or moved
• Why you cannot remove it yourself
• Screenshot if possible
