BANNED: Marjinal Sagouyusuz

I caught Marjinal jumping through a window last night and then ran when I tried to confront him.  He was given a First and Final Warning as per Raybun.

Today I found his name on a loot log of a starter base that had been cleaned out.  This base was originally on the road, and I personally moved it on Death's recommendation.  Very likely now has helped run the person I helped twoish days ago off our server.  On top of other things, that just pisses me off.  He's done.
