Additional Info:  Put a keylock on a player's tc and took items including furnace and research bench. Was found inside a base looting and when confronted pulled an eoka on me. When told it was a no raid, no loot server and asked if they understood the rules, they jumped out the window and tried to run. Upon tping them back to me, they attempted to run again then logged.
