rejected Solid color rugs and different color lights

I'd like to see rugs skinable in solid colors. And also  flasher lights with color option and also the option to flash or stay on steady.

And actually, how about removing the snap feature from signs and frames? Let them be placed anywhere on anything (in build radius that is)  example, being able to put sign on fridge or chair or tables.

Let me explain the reason for flasher to be used as constant ON light,  it is the only light that can be placed on wall, floor and ceilings ( be nice to be able to place them on items too)  I've bought the simple light to try out, only place able on walls?? that was very disappointing.

You're free to make your own skins and upload them to the steam workshop. As far as item sockets I have no plans on changing them.
