Proof:

On the 15^th, player was observed sneaking into any possible base he could. He was confronted, and claimed ignorance of the rules.(PSAs have been routinely made regarding the rules.)  He also stated his feelings that if it was open, it was fair game. He was set straight and given a last chance warning. He elected to ignore it. Raided, looted, Griefed. TC was somehow also taken over. Pilfered items were located in his base that were identifiable by distinctive skins. Player that was stolen from confirmed their belongings.
